YOUR ONE-AND-ONLY GIRL
Hi… I’m Jackie. I’m a nine and a half year young Staffordshire Terrier, about 65 pounds of love and loyalty. I like to take life just a little slower. I may be a bit shy when we first meet, but give me a moment…I warm up into the kind of companion who will stay right by your side, no matter what.
I’m the kind of girl who would do best in a calm home—somewhere peaceful, maybe with just you and me. I like simple things. I like knowing my person is mine, and I can be theirs. I have a loyal heart, and once you’re in it, you’re there forever.
Now, I do have a playful side! I enjoy spending time with my buddy Dunkin in the playgroup, but I’ll be honest, I’m a little selective about my friends. I prefer quality over quantity. I think you’ll understand that.
I’m also a pretty smart girl. I know sit, shake, and my special trick – UP – where I sit on my hind legs and hold my front paws out {it’s adorable, if I do say so myself}. We’re still working on my treat manners…sometimes I get a little excited because, well I know I did such a good job with my commands. But I’m learning, I promise.
More than anything, I love people. I love being near you, feeling safe, and sharing quiet moments together. I’m gentle, easygoing, and I’m just waiting for someone to choose me and say I’m the one.
