This playful bundle of joy would spend all day chasing a ball if you let her and she truly believes every dog is her best friend. (She might even think she’s a lap dog sometimes!)
Though she can be a little shy at first, once Harper gets to know you, she’ll be your most loyal companion—always by your side, ready to make you smile. Her joyful spirit is contagious, and she brings sunshine wherever she goes.
