Coming From I-75:
I-75 to exit #321 (Sumterville/CR 470). Head East following CR 470E, over RxR crossing. Pass the entrance to the Sumter County Landfill (CR 529) and turn right (south) on the next road on CR 529A and follow road to the end to the gated entrance of the Humane Society/SPCA office.

Coming from SR 301/The Villages:
Head South of SR 301, through Wildwood, Coleman and Sumterville. Pass the first sign for CR 470E and continue on 301 bending around SECO's Corp. office on the right, to the light where CR 470 & SR 301 intersect at the Cumberland Farms gas station is located. Turn right on CR 470W for approx. 1 mile and turn left on to CR 529A and follow the road to the end to the gated entrance of the Humane Society/SPCA office.
